That was sweet of you to say, that I am an "inspiration" to you. Believe me it is hard to let go of some inner demons but I am working on the way I feel and look at myself. I realize how I feel inside is how people see me as well. A book that I am reading is really helping, its called The Map. The lady who wrote it also has a website called Live the Life you Love. Its very inspirational, I hope you check it out!
"One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering." ~~Ida Scott Taylor
Hi Lisa, thank you for stopping by my page and sending good thoughts my way. Hubby was released from the hospital tonight! So good to have him home. He is frail, and the medication is making him kind of confused, but I know he'll be back to normal soon.
I hope the week has gotten off to a good start for you. hugs, Pixie
Hello! I joined a couple weeks ago and am still getting used to this site. I am also from the Midwest. You sound a lot like me. I also love tv, movies, anything that involves sitting! Add to that a love of food which is why I am where I am now! Finally put in my first day of exercise today. Have spent the 1st two weeks just thinking about it. I do have a spark tracker which I love! Any way how dee!
