Hi!! Trying to once again change my life ... maybe save my life. I've done "lifestyle changes" before only to find my self changing it from being healtly to a diet where i'm either perfect or bad.

I'm really going to try and not worry about my number results, but instead just try to live better. I'm not going to let stress, emotions and laziness influence what I do. They are just feelings not who IAM!

I know I love food so I'm going with that ... I just know I can have 2 veggie burgers in a wrap with tomatoes, onions, lettuce and dressing an be satisfied. It's just a matter of better planning and having the right stuff around.

I need to set a good example for my kids and simply make my life better too!

Fitness Minutes: 3,506

My Goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
2. Sleep 6-8 hours a night
3. 10 minutes of cardio a day (for now)
4. No eating at night

My Program:
First first step is eating well. I'm surprised how much you can eat by making good food choices. I've decided it's a pain, but I need to plan my meals or I either don't eat, eat poorly or both :)

Secondly, I'm going to start slow and do 10 minutes of cardio a day. I'll keep upping that 5 minutes every two weeks.

The other big step is being more active at work and home. This means doing things like taking the stairs , parking the car far away, mowing the lawn, and many other "functional" exercises I let other do for me!

I'm from Maryland, but originally I'm from upstate NY. I grew up near Castleton, NY which is right outside of Albany NY.

Other Information:
I love reading, working with Little League and playing golf!
