I'm looking to make myself healthier and to feel better. I have a lot of weight to drop and I know it won't happen overnight but I'm determined to make it happen! I'm a former athlete who has really let myself go over the years and now its time to whip myself back into shape. I would really like to lose 90-100 lbs. I'm just focusing on being healthy and living healthy in every way possible from what I put into my body to how others treat me and my work. I'm trying the holistic approach because its time to make my life the best that it can be.

My Goals:
to feel good about myself, to get back into athletic shape, to wear "cute" clothes, to be healthy enough to start a family.

My Program:
I've been working out at least 4-5 times a week. I'll try anything once but I've found I get the best results with Jillian videos and running/walking. I love kickboxing, dancing and step aerobics type of things. I'm not much into yoga or pilates because of my crappy flexibility! I've just recently starting tap dancing again which was I did up until the age of 14. I love every minute of it and it's a great workout!!

Personal Information:
I am a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner working with adults who have mental illness. I'm married with no children but have two dogs (boston terriers)that i love! I'm a country girl at heart and currently reside in Central PA.

Other Information:
Found a passion again in reading due to my hubby buying me a kindle for Christmas. So if I'm not working out or watching mindless TV like the Real housewives of (fill in city here) then I'm probably reading. I also love to travel, but really hate flying!

    I grew up in Somerdale, which is in Camden County, NJ, just over the river from Philly. I live in the next town over now. ;) Where in central PA are you? Near Lancaster?
