I was 200 pounds when I had my baby.

Then I settled in at 167, a good 20 pounds more than my pre-baby weight. Through a series of coincidences, I ended up in a Nutrition and Fitness class and through diet and fitness tracking lost 30 pounds of body fat. Another set of coincidences landed me on a sports team and I went down to 130 without even thinking about it. I hadn't been 130 since I was a kid -- it was crazy.

I went through a particularly stressful period last winter and gained about 15 punds. Then I couldn't keep up with my fitness goals because of a crazy summer schedule and was almost to 150 when I got terrified I'd gain back all that weight for good. I lostabout six pounds with no trouble, but facing the last 10, the scale isn't budging. I turned to Spark to get more detailed about diet and fitness in the hopes I can get back to 130 and stay there. It isn't the number -- it's the muffin top I get when I put on my previously hot jeans -- so maybe it'll be 132 or 134. I just know that what Spark People has to offer is the way to go about it -- tracking what you eat and what exercising you do to lose weight at a healthy pace.
