My Goals:
Goal 1: Lose 50 lbs.

Goal 3: Eat Healthy

My Program:
1. Eating Plan - I am currently re-evaluating how I spend my calories specifically in fat, protein and carb proportions.

2. Exercise Plan - I am starting to exercise, and let me tell you it is hard... I am very uncoordinated and inflexible. I am going to exercise 6 days per week taking Sunday off to rest and worship.
