I think I have always been overwieght. I know there are a lot of bad eating choice that come as a result of bad food choices as a child. Many of the comfort foods are not good foods for weight controll.

I have move a lot during my life. Finally 4 years ago I met the man of my dreams. The only problem is that it made sense to move into his house. I and now living in a town of 400 after living in a city for 25 years. The closest grocery store is 18 miles away and it does not care the fresh produce that I am use to. It also requires more planning ahead.

Another issue is that the only people I know here are my husband's relatives or a couple of his friends. I miss my friends - about 150 miles away!

I have had some success with weight watchers but there is only one meeting a week I could make and with our spontanious schedule that will not work. We are both retired so we go as we please.
