A new plan and positive results!

On June 29th, I started working with Karen Hurd, a nutritionist who my doctor said that a lot of her patients had been having luck with in lowering their blood sugar. After our initial consultation, I was impressed! Karen took a full medical history and gave me my "lists." We talked about adrenal exhaustion and how to prevent, which went far beyond my eating habits and down to the cologne I am wearing! Very interesting stuff!

palm sized portion of protein 3x per day; 1/3 cup of beans 3x per day; 7 1/3 cup servings of veggies per day; at least 64 oz of water per day. Seeds, nuts and avocados okay if all other food has been eaten.

How is it going with Bootcamp? I'm in week three and I can say, it gets better! Or I'm getting stronger so I can do more of the exercises. The Pilates are just killer but a strong core will be worth it. Keep me posted!
