Be grateful for each moment....

I lost 40 lbs when I started running 4 years ago. Pretty much just by running consistently and eating healthy foods. I started running to help with my TMJ. Running helps me in many ways and I pray I am healthy enough to do it for many many more years!
I have regained much of the weight of I lost! I could say it was all due to an injury, but it would just be excuses. I am owning my choices, good, bad and ugly ones and moving forward. As of July 29, 2013 I got up to 208.4. I will work ...

As of July 29, 2013 I got up to 208.4. I will work towards 160 lb knowing that eventually I'll get there. Even though I have ran many miles, including one full marathon in the last 3 years, I am starting anew due to two stress fractures on my tibia in Dec. 2012. I pray that starting slowly will allow me to run again without re-injury.
I'm off to work towards my goal of a healthy life.

I am 5'10". 42. Blessed to know Jesus as my savior and lord.
I have a great husband and kids, 10 &7. I spend my days teaching 4th & 2nd grade.
Enjoy running, reading, baking, cooking, date nights with hubby, snuggling my kiddos, exercising with my kids.

Aw, thanks for your caring comment on my spark page. It is hard when we have to be so careful w/ what we eat...but thank God, we aren't alone to face it & thank God, God cares about these things too!!! I've just noticed that actually my digestive system has felt an improvement as I look back over the past 10days...I'm able to tolerate a "bigger" amount of food at a time--still not normal, but much better! So thankful! You have a lovely Monday! emoticon
