I have my MAT and am certified to teach Pre-K through 5th grade. Currently I'm working in the mental health field with 13-18 year olds until I am able to find work teaching.

I've always been overweight. My whole life I can remember being the fat girl in school. When I was 20, I finally got it in gear at 222 lbs and decided to make a change. In one year I lost 57 lbs by using the gym at school. Well, after I graduated, I lost access and motivation. A lot of things were changing in my life at that time, and I fell back into old habits. I gained 20 lbs back and I can't go back that direction. I worked to hard to take it off in the first place, and I will never return to 200!

I've worked out with and without a gym. The key is consistency and having a fabulouse workout buddy. Thankfully I have Sharai85 as mine and we work out together at least 4 days a week. I working on my last 25 pounds and hope to meet that goal by my birthday.

My Goals:
Goal #1 = 150 by June 1, 2013

Goal #2 = 130 by December 31, 2013


My Program:
I track my calories daily and always drink at least 8 cups of water.

I measure and weigh all of my food, so I know exactly how much and of what I'm eating.

I excersice at least 4 days a week, usually doing at least 1 hour of cardio and then weight training

I eat out as little as possible, cooking most of my food at home, or taking healthy, easy to make options, like fruit, nuts and dried soups.

Personal Information:
I'm from Corvallis Oregon and am currently going through a lot of changes in my life. Thankfully I have a good support system and I know that whatever else I may go through, my fitness is something that I will always have.
