My Goals:
My goal is to add at least one walk a day. I have 10 pounds I'd like to lose. I'm also trying to cut back on junk food and eating out.
My Program:
Tracking food daily. 15 to 45 minutes of walking. Creating a weekly menu plan and keeping to it. Cutting down on junk food purchases. Eating out no more than once a week.
