My Goals:
Would like to lose about 30 pounds and two dress sizes back to my normal size 10 if possible. I have lost it before but somehow I always put it back on plus another 5 or 10 but after really looking closely in the mirror I KNOW it is time!
My Program:
Drinking more water, really thinking before I choose what to eat, keeping good snacks in the house, NO Fast food. Trying to make smart decisions for my weight and my health. Having something to eat every 2 to 3 hours so I don' t get too hungry and grab whatever and too much of it. I have become a lover of vegetables, a really BIG change for me. No sugar, trans-fats or white flour and Wii everyday !!!
Personal Information:
Live in SF Bay Area in California, F, 56, have one daughter grown whom I am very proud of ( lives about 1 1/2 hours away near state capital in Sacramento), one dog ( TOTO )and I love all 4 lbs of her, one boyfriend lives 15 minutes away ( perfect )I enjoy reading, golf, rock n roll, and the Wizard of Oz ( hence the name of my dog,) I collect too many things and work FT, and enjoy long, hot bubble baths.
Other Information:
Favorite Movie Wizard of Oz, favorite book To Kill a Mockingbird, and I love anything by Stephen King favortite song Elton John's "Don't Let The Sun Go Down on Me", favorite TV "Survivor", "General Hospital" go figure.
