To be in the normal BMI range, healthy and happy.
I eat balanced meals heavy on veg and meat, and a smaller proportion of carbs, but never cut it out. I eat all things in moderation but with calorie counting and tracking everything I eat properly.
I also love strength training and kettlebells are the best.

Thank you for commenting on my latest blog. I really appreciate and I do try every day to keep track of my BMI etc., by just looking on my nutrition page, but I do know that it would probably help more by posting on the fridge. Thanks for the suggestion!!
