Ah! My Goals are so important! I would like to get in shape so I am not the only person sweating in a normal temperature room. I would like to set a good healthy example of living for my kids. I would like to weigh less so I can 'comfortably' wear high heels every day!
Currently I am walking every day for at least 20 minutes. I am also stretching and trying light yoga. For fun I play frisbee with my kids or push them on the swings at the park. Or during the winter playing in the snow!

Tracking your food can be a real eye opener. But, it's really helpful in keeping track of what you are putting in your mouth. A good way to stay motivated and accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams. And it's a good way to meet other with similar interests.
