ALWAYS been the smallest kid in class and staying small most of my adult life was nice, but somehow, somewhere along the way, that all changed & I ballooned up to 207 lbs, which is what I weighed when I started this Spark program back on January 11, 2010. by the end of August, I was down 34lbs but have not been tracking or exercising since and have now found four of those lost pounds. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! The original plan Spark People set out for me was to weigh 157lbs by December 11th. I CAN DO IT. In my last profile blog, I said that, "I am now finally taking care of me and taking back my life!" Admittedly, I've slipped, but not any more.
I know I can NEVER look like I did back in the 1980's, (see my photo gallery) heck, that was 30 years ago, I was a baby at 33 yrs, BUT, I can still look and feel good again for my 63 years and THAT is my intention. Now onward & upward, look out world 'cause here I come!!!
MAIN FUTURE GOAL:
To be back down to 130/135 lbs,
BUT, for now my SP mid goal is to get to 157lbs. I'll reset my goals when I reach that point.
As of today, 8/7/11, I weigh 183 lbs & am determined to weigh 157 lbs by 12/11/11. I WILL GET THERE!
ALWAYS read nutritional value of ALL foods BEFORE buying and/or eating it!
DAILY 5 - 8oz glasses of water MINIMUM!
3) CARDIO - WALK
In-house - MINIMUM 30 min. - DAILY.
--- OR ---
Outside - MINIMUM 60 min. 3x per week (weather permitting).
4) STRENGTH TRAINING:
Six (6) days per wk.
Sun & Thu - Upper body;
Mon & Fri - Lower Body;
Tue & Sat - Core
5) TOE TOUCHES:
MINIMUM 20 both Before & After work-out!
Food AND challenges DAILY!
4X per wk MINIMUM
11) READ & COMMENT:
MINIMUM on 2 SP team members Daily.
Take time a minimum of three days weekly to just commune with nature & spirit.
Raised in Lowell, but have traveled extensively, through-out the USA, Canada, Mexico & Europe.
Am VERY happily single, & enjoy a VERY active social life.
Have three INCREDIBLE children, & five FABULOUS grandchildren, who are ALL the loves of my life!

Mysteries, comedies & autobiography.
Dancing With the Stars,
HG TV, old TV shows & love old movies GREAT comedies.

Wendy Rule (Wiccan & her jazz album).
4) EXTREMELY SPIRITUAL:
DO NOT believe in any dogmatic religion.
My beliefs are earth based-pagan-universal love.
I am solitary in my ceremonies.

Our grass, what is left of it after the drought, is just now starting to green up. I would imagine the mower will have to come out of the shed sometime soon. Have a great week!
