My Goals:
Lose the 17+ pounds I gained in the last year and a half. I was in a midless job that led me to do some awful mindless eating. Also for the first time in my life, I saw my cholesterol shoot up almost 400 points. Gotta nip that in the bud!
My Program:
Giving my nutrition a serious look over. I love to exercise, but also LOVE to eat. One reason why I love Sparkpeople is the real easy way to keep track of my Nutrition and calories. If I screwup one day, I know I can rectify that right away, so I'm not depriving myself, but not going overboard either.
Personal Information:
Mom of 2 small ones from South Florida. Became a SAHM again after laid off from job. Debating whether to go back to work or not.
