Hi! My name is Melissa, but I go by Rubecca on Spark. I live in northern Utah with my parents and two brothers. My older brother is just fourteen months older than me, but my younger brother is fifteen years younger than me. I enjoy reading and playing around on my computer. I also LOVE to write letters. I say "mostly home" because there is this evil hill on the way home that I have trouble walking up let alone riding a bike up it!

2. Read goals and commitment every morning before noon.
3. Drink 6+ cups water on 25+ days
4. Write everything I eat 14+ days this month
5. Take Miralax as prescribed 5+ times each week
6. Do strength training 8+ days this month
7. Do eye exercises twice daily

9. Ride bike 7+ times
10. Track steps-aim for 9,000+
11. Read the Bible 4+ days each week

Hey, what a nice surprise to see you on my page! I miss the Indigos too but things are good. I'm leader of a couple of teams and it is keeping me on my toes. I'm still trying to walk every day and eat clean as my primary goals. It is now 75 days till the new year so anything can happen in that much time and I intend to do as much as I can to make it a positive! ( or negative on the scale, lol). Lovely to visit your page.
