My Goals:
InshAllah my 1st small goal....... I want to be in my 150's before Ramadan; I don't care if I'm 159 just as long as I'm in the 150's. My 2nd small goal......reaching 150; I'm not setting a time frame, because that cause pressure that is not needed. Next goal reaching 140. My new goal is reaching 130lbs then maybe 120lbs something; I'm not 100% sure about this goal. Toning arms, thighs and Maintenance is also on the top of my goals list.

My Program:
I stay within my calorie range of 1200-1550. I also burn 600+ calories everyday on my bike or treadmill. 3X a week I do 40-50 mins of Pilates and fitness ball workouts in my home with 10 minute solutions DVD which are great.

yes, girl, I am close insha Allah! I am finally in a normal BMI...and most of the weight I lost when I started SP in December! (50 lbs total since November!) I can't believe it! I have started running and doing a little bit of the dvds on the side to keep me interested--plus gym before school after fajr. I really like Jillian's dvds--I looove the 30 day shred bc it is quick and easy to do when pressed for time! Asalaamu alaikum--how is everything w/ you??? emoticon
