Over Fifty is Nifty.
I just turned 50, for the past 10 years my weight has been out of control. It doesn't come off as easily as it used to. I'm a retired computer professional, living in Mississippi with my new husband. I stay at home and take care of the house, a dog and two cats.
I am forever in search of a diet/lifestyle that will work for both my husband and I. He has a very stressful job, and I don't work, so I want to make things just as pleasant as possible for him. He is overweight as ...

I am forever in search of a diet/lifestyle that will work for both my husband and I. He has a very stressful job, and I don't work, so I want to make things just as pleasant as possible for him. He is overweight as well, and has cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and blood pressure that is over the healthy range. We are both emotional eaters.
