New goals, new attitude!

I've been a SparkMember for years, and have been on a slow, slow roller coaster between 180 & 200 lbs. Lately, the scale & the inches are moving downward, and I'm trying to recommit to my own health.

I have a new goal - earn a Master's degree in Human Services & Counseling by the end of summer. While I'm working from home on that goal, I'm trying to focus on my health, too.

You can run, you can walk, you can ride. You are doing a super job at getting in your exercise! I am shouting cheers for you being in the top five for team fitness minutes!!!!!

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It requires sacrifice. You will need to push your body to its max. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goals, it's worth it.

I believe in YOU!!!!
