I am a married mom of 3 wonderful kids. Ages 9,7, and 5. I am also a stay at home mom...... you know what that means....... way too convienent to go to the cupboard and get something to eat! This is a new journey for me. I have never had to try to lose weight, it's just always happened. Hoping that Spark will help!!
