Hi! I didn't have problems with pictures at first, but then when China went crazy and started blocking everything it was harder. I haven't worn my monstrosities yet:( I'll send you the regular email in a message. I get enough spam as it is without posting it.
I hope everything is going well. I miss Shanghai already. What I really miss is having a place to live and a job. Those things are way underrated.

Hi Beka! A fellow Sparker in Shanghai - yay! Us Shanghai folks need to stick together. Hope you're settling into your new home away from home. I'd love to learn more from you about cooking healthy with local ingredients (I'm not much of a chef, so I could use a little help)!

Thanks for your comment on my page. I also did a lot of walking while I was losing, but yoga primarily (and anything that I find fun, and makes me sweat secondarily) has kept me here. Although, I think I would say that the changes I've made in the food department (and continue to work on) have been central to my success.

Welcome to SparkPeople and thanks for the friend add. How exciting to be moving to Shanghai!

Are your photos from Indonesia? I was there and that resort looks just like where I stayed. Beautiful!

Spark is really great. Stay involved with teams and start posting blogs for the best results. It can be overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, it gets really easy!
