God bless you and thank you for the comment and the add ! You can do the same on weight loss by speeding up your metabolism with spicy foods, 5-6 small meals a day, and walking at least a hour a day. Don't eat anything past 7pm. This is just a little part of what I do ! Just wanting to share with you.
