Live Fit 4 God!

I want to help others live fit 4 God.We are made up of a physical body, a mind and our spirit. When one of these get neglected or out of balance, the others suffer. If we starve our soul, we end up feeding it with with other things like food, or negative thoughts or other unhealthy habits. Our souls are craving a relationship with God. Over the years I know that I have turned to food instead of God. My bad habit is eating when I "feel bad" physically. I have a certian time during the day that I have a bad energy "slump" and I have unconsiosly tunred to food to help me through that tough time. I know it isn't healthy, but yet I stll do it. I am ready to start turning to God as my source of strenght instead of turning to food. Anyone else out there in the same boat as me?

My Goals:
Overcome eating when I "feel" bad. be more mindful of why and how I am eating, take the time to really think about how food tastes, not mindlessly nibble on food while in the kitchen, workout 5 days a week

My Program:
My goal is for the next 30 days to do Zumba 5 days a week and Jillian's 30 day shred 3 times a week. At the end of this journey I hope to have lost at least 5 pounds and most importantly inches!!!

Personal Information:
I am a registered nurse who is passionate about health and fitness. I am a certified aerobics and Zumba instructor. I feel that we should treat our body as a temple. I am learning to undo unhealthy habits that have been a part of my life for years.

Other Information:
Married, 1 daugther, love Jesus Christ and my local church, love my family, like to use coupons and be a smart shopper
