I am a mother of an 18 and 20 year old. We also have a 2 year old grandson. I am so aggravated with myself. I lost 20 pounds a year ago...and just STOPPED. Stopped exercising, stopped tracking, stopped making good choices! So, I want to get started again!

Start exercising, start tracking what I eat, start making better food and drink choices. Start caring that it is for ME that I am doing these things.

My Goals:
I want to feel healthier and like the way I look! I also want to set better examples for two young adult daughters.

My Program:
I have started watching what I eat and controlling portion sizes. I have cut out margaritas...so good but too many calories.

I am working out in the mornings before work and have a system for getting my water in during the day!

Personal Information:
Live in Middle Tennessee...have 2 daughters they are 18 and 20. I have been married for 22 years! Also, have a very active grandson :)

Other Information:
I love to cook and try to cook something new at least one time a week.
