Hey, thanks for the comment on my blog.

I've been waiting to start insanity because my brother wants to do the program with me. It keeps getting delayed week after week so I'm just going to do p90x as far as lifting goes and come up with my own cardio to supplement it. I'm going to start insanity to finish out the year strong and spring board me into the new year in the best possible shape I can be in.
