My goal is to lose about 30 pounds and 8 inches in my waist. I just am not happy with how I look. My problem area is my belly!
I am eating as healthy as I can. Not following a specific diet, kinda modeling the 3 hour diet. When I eat meals 1/2 of my plate is veggies or fruit; 1/4 carbs (try to do whole wheat); 1/4 protein (lean low fat). Driniking lots of water, NO SODA!! Exercise in the mornings for at least 10 min. I did this 2 years ago and lost 2 pounds per week. Got off track when my family moved and I had trouble adjusting.

I am a secondary teacher and just became a professional dog trainer. I love dogs and having Django and learning how to train dogs using positive techniques has made me a better person. We could learn a lot from dogs!
Thanks for stopping by and posting a comment! Well your guy is a very handsome man himself!! I noticed in your info you train with positive techniques. I have been training my aussies for 16 years now using positives and clickers, and you are so right, it makes one a better person.
