Hi! I am here to lose about 8-10 pounds that I've put on since my wedding in October 2006. This is the heaviest I've been in awhile, and I refuse to go up a pant size. I've worked very hard to get to lose weight in the past. I was overweight in high school, put on more weight during my freshman year of college, and then I lost about 40 pounds during my sophomore and junior years. I am very conscious of my eating and exercise. Since my wedding I have let myself slip, and I am not happy ...

I've worked very hard to get to lose weight in the past. I was overweight in high school, put on more weight during my freshman year of college, and then I lost about 40 pounds during my sophomore and junior years. I am very conscious of my eating and exercise. Since my wedding I have let myself slip, and I am not happy about it. It is time to buckle down.

I am also avid about working out. I recently completed a half marathon in May. Up next - several 5Ks, a 5 mile race, a 8K, and a half marathon in the fall.
