Ready for a change for a lifetime, not just a diet

Used to be able to work out a lot, but now with 2 jobs and a child, my time has to be utilized to the fullest. And living at the beach, definitely need to be able to enjoy the beach with my husband and son without feeling self-conscious!

Thank you a bunch for my "Flower Pot" goodie! The only flowers blooming in my yard now are my roses. The bush is old, but it has enough blooms that I have a vase of four or five every day.
