Hi Becky
I hope all is well in your world:) You commented on my tracker recently. Well, ahem, that tracker is way off track and out of date. I am NOT down 29 pounds:) I am still mustering up the energy to take back control of my life. Very slow going on that front, but it WILL happen.

What are your plans through the winter? Are you taking any holidays?

Thank you for thinking of me:) I'm staggering along ... getting a little pudgier, I think. I've got to turn this ship around, but don't seem to have the wherewithal to get it all together.
I see you had an all time high re steps/day -- Awesome! You give me hope:) Hope all is well, and that you are far enough into your Christmas planning that you will be able to enjoy the season for the Right Reason:)

Hi Becky,
We have been having fabulous -- FABULOUS -- weather here! It has been in the low 20s (celsius) ... mid-70s-ish and sunny, slight breezes ... glorious weather. We had a little rain this morning --needed it.

My life is not in order, but at least the weather's good:) I'm working on things -- just not nutrition or excercise, other than a half hour leisurely walk every day at lunch. It IS nice to get out, even though it is not cardio activity.

I see you have been blasting HUGE exercise minutes -- very, very impressive work. I hope you're seeing results (beyond just feeling terrific, I mean:))
