New lifestyle, new me!

You know how it is, the pounds sneak on one by one until you are drowning in them. There is no one thing you can blame besides a bad lifestyle. I have decided to change that. Eating better, exercising more. Day by day and pound by pound I will find the new me.

*Waking up with my arm or leg asleep.

*The knowledge that it wont fit.

My Program:
Activities:
* EA Sport Active 30 Day Challenge.
*Wii Fit: x2/week
* Walk the Dogs X2/week
*Stretch every day

A more active life style:
* Gardening
* Home improvement projects

Food:
*Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day
*Make sure to get healthy protien in my meals and snacks
Veggies: 3 cups/day
Fruit: 2 cups/day
Water: 2 cups/day

Just stopped by to say Hi and offer you some encouragement and support!! You can do this, just take it one day at a time. One second at a time if needed. I know that I have to do that myself. Have started over a few times, but each time with more determination. You are worth it to do this, just remember that!
