Well, I've been looking at my same spark page for a while now and thinking so much has happened since I first started this back in 2007.

I'm still motivated, feeling healthier and happier than I have in a while, however I will say that I am very frustrated as I've been at a plateau since Decemeber at 180lbs....to 183lbs, just going back and forth. I have 30 more pounds that I would like to loose but trying so many different things hasn't really helped. Maybe, I need consistancy of change!!

I still work out at least five times a week for at least 1 to 1.5 hours and keep my calories within the suggested range which at this time is 1500-1700 calories. I struggle with this as I feel like it's too much. Although I feel like I'm struggling with the scale, it's nice to still know that I have lost a total of 120 lbs. Thats all the motivation I need to keep going on my journey.

I have ended phase I of my journey with great success and happiness. I end phase one of my journey having lost a total of 115 lbs!!!!!!! (Picked up 5 lbs. since Christmas)

Phase II of My Journey:

At this point I consider this to be the second phase of my journey. I am still in the 180's and want to lose 30 more lbs. I feel like I need a clean slate and begin my new journey at 185 lbs. I'm going to change up my strategy a bit and see what happens.

What do I call this Phase of my Journey:

Well I completely fell off the wagon and am now having a hard time getting back on. I am writing today on my page sort of as a timeline in undertanding where things have gone utterly wrong!!! Two years now and I have gained back 60 of my overall 120 lbs lost!! I feel ashamed, embarassed, and most of all disinhearted. I want to feel that renewed commitment to get back on track and move towards my overall goal that I set back in 2007 to reach 160lbs. I feel like I have to start over and not even look at the 60lbs I still have off because in some ways this has crippled me. It's an excuse to keep eating and not excersing because overall Ive still lost!! Its horrible. So today I vow a commitment to myself and move foward!! Today I check in at 240lbs. (Ugghh as hard as that is to say)
