I am a mommy of four boys and also a teacher..i really want to get the weight off but being so busy usuallymakes it easier to aim towards unhealthy.but after i feel horrible. I really want to do this for myself because I deserve it. I have been through worse and have accomplished everything I have set my mind to, this should be no different. I got to and will do this. I must!!

Current Status:
RRLAMAS went to gym today and felt the burn. Excited about doing cycling for the first time tomorrow.

My Goals:
Short-term goals: is feel good in what I wear. Fit into clothes that are still in my closet.

Long Term-want to be healthy to be around for my children and grand children. I have a number in mind but prefer to say I will lose until I feel better. When I reach a certain place I know I will say this is the weight I need to be at.

My Program:
I want to eat my three meals a day. Not heavy meals. No TAKE OUT.. also want to do my elliptical at least 5 days out of the week for thirty minutes. Even get around to singing and dancing to burn some calories. Make some fun out of losing some weight. I know in the end it will be absolutly worth it.

Other Information:
I love to spend time with my family because it is what keeps me together. My own family growing was never very supportive of my weight so I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle for my family.

How are you doing with your weight Loss? I had a rough week last week but I am back in the game myself. Had a great workout this morning and hoping to see my scale show a loss this week! I want out of the 190's
