I am a mommy of four boys and also a teacher..i really want to get the weight off but being so busy usuallymakes it easier to aim towards unhealthy.but after i feel horrible. I really want to do this for myself because I deserve it. I have been through worse and have accomplished everything I have set my mind to, this should be no different. I got to and will do this. I must!!

My Goals:
Short-term goals: is feel good in what I wear. Fit into clothes that are still in my closet.

Long Term-want to be healthy to be around for my children in mind but prefer to say I will lose until I feel better. When I reach a certain place I know I will say this is the weight I need to be at.

My Program:
Going to do my cardio everyday at least for 30 minutes a day.

Eat healthier.
Stress less.

Once I see fat melting away strength training will begin.

Other Information:
I love to spend time with my family because it is what keeps me together. My own family growing was never very supportive of my weight so I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle for my family.

Reward myself for each time I work out.

Thanks for commenting on my blog! :) C25K is the Couch to 5K Running Program. You can find it online if you just type it into google. It's basically a 9 week program that builds your endurance over time in order for you to run a 5K. Obviously if you aren't ready for the next week it does say you can repeat weeks. I am planning on trying to run a 5K next summer so I have a nice long time to build up my endurance! :)

And yes it will be nice to have a few days to myself..I'm looking forward to working out and just being able to do it whenever instead of having to wait till hubby gets home to go..cuz thats not till like 10 at night!

Anyways hope your having a fabulous Wednesday!!
