2011 is MY year for getting FIT and HEALTHY!

Hi all! I've decided to join SparkPeople for more motivation to help me reach my goals! I attend bootcamp twice a week but need to find the energy to get my cardio in on my non-bootcamp days. Hi all! I've decided to join SparkPeople for more motivation to help me reach my goals! I attend bootcamp twice a week but need to find the energy to get my cardio in on my non-bootcamp days. Last year my motivation was my 20 year high school reunion in late June. I joined an awesome bootcamp Tues/Thurs at the beginning of Feb 2010, and achieved my goal of looking great for my reunion. Then, when the goal had passed, I started letting myself go (and a very stressful job didn't help any!). I was making it to bootcamp only once a week Sept through Nov, sometimes I could make both classes. The beginning of Dec brought an awesome new stress-free job where I can pretty much work my own hours, as long as I get in my 40/week! Now I am back on my health kick again and need to find a new goal mid-2011!

Wow that sounds crazy at the WWW. I have wanted to run more but with my daughter in the hospital and hurting my foot I haven't even been able to run normally. It's been very frustrating. I still need to use my free 6 weeks of bootcamp but everything has been pretty crazy. We should get together and walk or run together if you have any free time (and my foot behaves).
