59 years old; wonderful wife, 5 children, 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Outside of family time my most enjoyable activity is fishing. 20 year military retiree, U.S. Army Paratrooper. For the next 20 years i was a professional tourist LOL, drove tractor trailer all over the U.S and Canada. Exercise fell by the wayside but appetite especialy for junk food grew. I now find myself at 330 lbs, 59 years of age. No medical problems but can't actively enjoy the retirement i had envisioned..but...I WILL! !!!!! For the first 40 years of my life....physical activity was high on my priorities. In the Army we always started the day at 6 a.m with 30 mins of the "Daily Dozen" exercises followed by a 2-4 mile run. I was an avid SCUBA diver, hunter, fisherman, weekend trapper, and even spent 42 days climbing Mt Denali (Mckinley) in Alaska. It's been missing too long in my life...time for a come back; and it WILL happen.

Enjoyed so stayed 20 years and retired. Moved back to Ohio. Always wanted to drive truck so got my CDL and went out on road for a year. Ended up staying at it for 20 years. Loved it. Home since Dec 2011 due to wife's health. It's improving and hope to go back to driving, wifey with me, for another couple years before finally retiring. Retirement???
