My Goals:
Of course I want to shed pounds but I am also interested in having more energy for my home & family, feeling better about myself and just being healthier overall. I figure looking better will come along with all of that as well!
My Program:
I tend to make things complicated so I am trying to stick with the simple things and make basic goals my priority, one at a time. First to drink more water & edge out the soda, Add more fruit & vegetabes & keep a simple menu plan with meals that I can make in under 20 minutes. I want to add workouts in 10-15 minute increments over time. Right now I am starting with 10 minutes per day to keep it low stress.
