I have always been overweight, but between eating continuously and not exercising, I realized now is the time to get serious so when my sons decide to have children I will be healthy enough to enjoy my grandchildren.

My Program:
Im planning on cutting back on what I eat and getting in more physical activities. I enjoy walking but I live in upstate NY...pretty cold here. so I figured i would get myself a membership to the gym that way I could get to use some machines and walk on the track there until warmer weather sets in. Also would like to purchase some good workouts on dvd.

Under the big top we will be learning to become a sharp shooter! When we aim for something and keep trying, it becomes easier for us to hit our targets. emoticon

My challenge for you is to check out the Bow and arrow exercise in the daily panther challenge, to help with reversing upper arm sag. emoticon
