Time for a new Me.
I'm the guy that starts a diet, does well for a couple of weeks, and then gets bored. I'm hoping to find something that I can stick with, doesn't feel like I'm going to fall off completely if I miss a day, and has a positive influence on my fitness and weight loss goals.
