And also, you have a wife who loves you very much. She is so concerned about your health! Take advantage of the fact that she is on your side through all of this. My dh is not interested in helping me on my journey (well, SOMETIMES he is). but for the most part, I am on my own. You guys can do so much to encourage each other on your journey for a healthier lifestyle.
