If you feel you are at a plateau, and can't get off those last twenty pounds try this: try making home made soup every day for lunch or have a smoothie/just be careful to not overload it with fruits& stuff. Or Give up almost all bread /pasta, cheese, nuts, eat more fish /baked, and cut your fruits down to two daily. That's what all the latest health nuts, and holistic places are pushing. I think it's really a great accomplishment to lose that much weight. I have been fighting the last twenty pounds for three years now. Every time stress hits, I ignore my life style and stay the same within 8 pounds, not up or down. Make sure you count the calories too, because you already know that helps(1200 is good, unless you are tall then 1400-1500).
