I am newly retired but keeping busy with my dog and crafts. I want to ride my bicycle more and travel, and would love to lose about 50 pounds, which was a lot easier when I was younger!!
My goal is to be as healthy as possible, lose weight along the way, and keep active.
I am keeping track of my caloric intake, walk every day and also do either free weights, kettlebell, or Total Gym workouts a few times a week. I try to ride my bike 2-3 times a week as well.
I am a retired police records clerk, formerly a 911 operator having served 28 years. Now it's time for me! I walk my dog everyday, ride my bicycle whenever I can, and crochet for craft fairs and charity. If anyone needs a chemo hat, let me know as I have a lot of practice making them!

Happy Wednesday! I hope you've been having a great week so far. I just wanted to wish you a very healthy Thanksgiving and to remind you to stay strong in the face of all temptation there is bound to be. Focus on your loved ones and everything you have to be thankful for, and not just the food. If you over indulge, just get back on track on Friday! Remember, its only a holiDAY, and not a holiWEEK. There are 34 days until New Years Day, so we still have plenty of time to make progress!
