Roz, you always put your daily weight in so late in the day -- you don't weigh yourself at night, do you? Did you know that you weigh 2 or 3 pounds less first thing in the morning -- before you get dressed?
Just wondering -- maybe you just wait until evening to post, I know for working people it can be pretty busy in the morning.
