A Journey Begins With a Step
Whether it be 100 feet or 100 miles, walking is a good basic exercise program. When I started it was difficult to go the 100 feet. Now, it is not uncommon to get 100 miles a week recorded on my Nike+.

My Goals:
I want to lose 10 more pounds and add muscle.
My Program:
A slightly more aggressive diet and exercise program than is recommended on this site. I diligently track calories, even on "bad" days and eat more chicken and only lean beef cuts. No fish, can't stand it. A LOT of walking and some running. Sometimes a lot more than 10 miles per day and always at least six.
Personal Information:
I work for a small telecommunications provider.
Other Information:
Books- really too many to mention. I am particularly fond of Crichton, Grisham, Clancy, and Brown. Movie- Cat Ballou Music- none really, listen to books on tape
