W3 "The Journey Begins"... I designed a 52 Day Challenge that upgraded my life and the results were awesome.. I originally got into fitness for health reasons...
After I took control over my life, I realized I became a boring adult...lol...During Grammar I was on the Cheer leader,Pom- Pom Team, Cheer Leader & Track Team...If it was a challenge I did it...lol... During high school, I began to shy away from sports however, my 40 minutes of fitness class was the highlight of my day at school (swimming, track, volley ball, weight lifting etc)...
Needless to say my gym grade was an (A++)...One day, I realized my passion for fitness outside if my 9-5 job. But importantly, I love the challenge of an ACTIVE life style... Next I will start hiking this year...I don't know "A THANG" about hiking... lol... But I'll do some research before I take the challenge... I excited about 2014 winter sports such as sled racing... lol... Again, things I loved as a child...lol...

I love to travel and meditate at the beach and lakes. I enjoy Broadway shows and live comedy. I enjoy travelling and touring different cities within the United States.. Within the next 6 months I plan to visit 6 new and amazing cities. I am training to become crises counselor and International life coach. I love mentoring family, friends and community youth and women... I love to live, sing and praise God!
