Forward Movement

My name is Roya. Four years ago I used to be 150 pounds. Then I got married, got my Masters degree, had two ovarian cysts rupture, got pregnant, lost my daughter at 39 weeks, got pregnant two more times with non-viable pregnancies, then got pregnant and delivered an amazing healthy boy who is, as I write this, two weeks old. My Goals:
Weight: ultimatey, to be 150 pounds - to lose 50 pounds by June 2015, and 70 before having another baby.

Fitness: completed: 30 miles in 30 days
Currently: 10 minutes of fitness every day for 30 days, to "simply walk into Mordor"
Long-term: to run a 5k, to complete a sprint triathlon, to do the 100 pushups challenge, to do the 200 lunges challenge, to do a 100daysproject (100 days at the gym in a row), to do 30/30 (minutes of fitness daily for a month).



My Program:
I run a monthly challenge group where we pick something to do daily. Every month it changes, but every month I typically pick one from each food/water/fitness/family category.

Lil boys are awesome! My son has changed me completely. I melt every time I see him. I get lost in time when I hear him laugh, see him smile, and hear him say mama! I love when he gives me random kisses and when I see him exploring daily. Congrats on your boy! A blessing indeed I see from what I've read on your page. My son is 17 months today! Its beautiful =) Have great day and good luck on this journey. I know you can accomplish your goals!
