My name is Roya. 5.5 years ago I used to be 150 pounds. Then I got married, got my Masters degree, had two ovarian cysts rupture, got pregnant, lost my daughter at 39 weeks, got pregnant two more times with non-viable pregnancies, then got pregnant and delivered an amazing healthy boy who is, as of May 2016, 2 years old. Then, I had 2 more non viable pregnancies. It has been a really tumultuous few years. I want to get back to feeling like myself now. June 1, 2014 -- 221 pounds goal 1 (215 pounds) (august 31, 2014 -- 214 pounds) goal 2 (210 pounds) goal 3 (205 pounds) [Jan 1st, 2015 - 205 pounds)] goal 4 (200 pounds) [Feb. 21st, 198.5 pounds] (under 200 reward!) goal 5 (195 pounds) [April 12, 2015 195 pounds] goal 6 (190 pounds) [August 10, 2015 189 pounds] goal 7 (185 pounds) [December 15, 2015 182.1 pounds] goal 8 (180 pounds) goal 9 (175 pounds) Only 25 more to go reward!! goal 10 (170 pounds) goal 11 (165 pounds) Goal 12 (160 pounds) Goal 13 (155 pounds) Goal 14 (150 pounds) Holy crap I did it reward!!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
Weight: ultimatey, to be 150 pounds - to lose 50 pounds by June 2015, and 70 before having another baby.

Fitness: completed: 30 miles in 30 days
Currently: 10 minutes of fitness every day for 30 days, to "simply walk into Mordor"
Long-term: to run a 5k, to complete a sprint triathlon, to do the 100 pushups challenge, to do the 200 lunges challenge, to do a 100daysproject (100 days at the gym in a row), to do 30/30 (minutes of fitness daily for a month).



My Program:
I run a monthly challenge group where we pick something to do daily. Every month it changes, but every month I typically pick one from each food/water/fitness/family category.

    I really like your visible goal marks, it's a great idea! You've been through a lot. I put off kids for growing in my career and my partner's health issues. Things are coming in to balance now but now I have PCOS and need to lose wt 2 gain fertility!
