One Day at a Time

I have tried weight watchers. I worked okay, but was difficult to count points. I liked doing Nutrisystem, but with so much soy, I had to quit on doctors orders. My husband is very supportive and trying to loose weight also. This has to become a life style change, not a diet.

Hi there!! You can do it! Just focus on daily routines and each day you succeed at an exercise is another day done and gone!! Watp is awesome I just love Leslie! She is so motivating! Keep it up, take one day at a time...
