I just saw your post sorry-I've been studying to get licensed as a psychologist-2 HUGE tests to pass. Just found out I passed the first REALLY big one, now I have to study for the State Law Exam...besides that I get in my postdoc hours and if I pass the state law exam I will be able to apply for my license as a psychologist.
All that studying makes it hard to focus on getting back in shape...however, I started the Insanity work-out series about 1.5 weeks ago and I hope they kick my butt into gear. I hate the way my body looks and feels. My lil man is 8 months today and I am still as big as ever! We want our kiddos to be 2 years apart-so we will start trying probably in January. My goal is to get to my goal weight by then! So much work...but if I keep working out and try to focus on healthy eating I know I can get there-the healthy eating is the hard part!!!!
Cleaning the kitchen floor is great. My dh does the floors in the house. I get my mini workouts in when the baby sleeps. I do a lot of spark people video's. They are short usually 7 mins/10/ or 22 mins. But I feel better even just doing 2 of them. I am waiting for my dh to get home and I will try to go on the treadmill tonight.
