Inspired...
Many times I have started this journey only to fail each and every time. I say I'm ready to do this and really I'm far from being there. But I think for the first time in many of diets or attempts to lose weight. I think I'm finally ready to do this. I have the right reasons now. I am doing it for myself ,my family. Many times I have started this journey only to fail each and every time. I say I'm ready to do this and really I'm far from being there. But I think for the first time in many of diets or attempts to lose weight. I think I'm finally ready to do this. I have the right reasons now. I am doing it for myself ,my family. Cause ultimately we are the only one that matters. So here it goes once again for my boys, my husband and myself. Update 12-1-2010 So I started this journey in July and I have completely fallen off. I lost about 10 lbs pounds and gained all plus some. So much has changed I had to quit my job of 2 years to finish school and now we are getting to ready to move. I really need to do this for my kids. My kids need me and I find myself being tired all the time. But instead of waiting until New Year's I decided that why wait just try and to give it my all please keep motivated..... July 2010 I am 25 years old married with 2 little boys 6 months and 3 year old . I have a full time job as a medical receptionists, I go to school full-time at night. My husband is in the army and he is stationed about 130 miles away from me. So I do all this by myself with the help of my family. I don't have time to do anything for myself except eat all the bad things I can find late at night. But it is time for a change I need to be here longer for my family.

My Program:
I'm doing crossfit twice a week. I'm going to the gym at least another 2-3 times a week. Staying within my caloried intake and drinking all my water.
Personal Information:
I am married with 2 boys wonderful kids that I love dearly. I'm a military spouse so I have to move around a lot and I have to get used to new changes in my life all the time. Then only change I have not been able to make has been my diet/exercise program. But its time for a change so here I come to a new me.
