Starting Over AGAIN!
Well here I am again. Same old vicious cycle of lose and gain. Time to lose again as I approach the age of 50 this year. I had much success with SP in 2007-2008, and managed to keep the weight off until July 2010. I can do the blame game and blame all the stress and unhappiness I had over the past few years. I am now in a good place and ready to reclaim my health again.

My goals .. I really hate setting goals because it can set a person up for failure, if they aren't reached. But hey, I'm going to give it my best to reach atleast 145.
My Program:
Just to eat less fatty foods and more proteins, fruits and veggies. This is going to be interesting to say the least, especially since my favorite snack in NACHOS! I'll miss them.. LOL

My name is Christy and I am 44 yrs old. I live in Jax, FL and I have been married to the same man since I was 17 yrs old. We have 2 grown children and 2 furbabies, named Argos and Roxie.
Other Information:
I enjoy alot of things in life, anymore though it's finding the time to do some of them. Like camping at Ginnie Springs, fishing and traveling.
