Operation Hottness

This is a what I like to call "operation hottness", I am not overweight technically, but I would like to lose some fat and tone up. Being 6'0 tall it takes a lot of weight loss to really be able to see any difference...yet when I gain weight it seems like it's noticeable after the first pound! My plan is to run a few 10Ks this summer so I want to not embarrass myself! I already run a decent time, but I know that if I keep track of my workouts and actually do interval training I can get better. ...

The eating habits need some work and I always do way better when I keep track of what is going into my mouth. Hopefully with sparkpeople's help I can get down into a lean mean running machine....

My Goals:
1. Get down to 140lbs.
2. Compete in at least two 10K runs this summer.
3. Complete each run in under 49 minutes.
5. Have abs.

My Program:
1. Run 4 days a week.
2. Use the elliptical and bike on non-running days.
3. Strength training 3 days a week.
4. Core workouts 5 days a week.
5. Sprinting intervals.

Personal Information:
Pretty much a born and raised Alaskan, I've lived here my whole life. Currently finishing up my first year of graduate school and planning on graduating with my masters degree in communication in May 2010. I have a five-month old border collie that is like my child. I also believe her to be more intelligent than about 75% of the general population. My boyfriend recently deployed to Afghanistan and will not be back until February 2010, I am eagerly waiting for his safe return.

your so much a hard core exerciser!!!!!! Everytime I go on the site, it tells me AGAIN that Roxielou has passed a fitness minute milestone!!!! hahahahahah!!!! Look how fast you are dropping lbs!!!!! Jeesh! Awesome.......better watch out Wildhorse Annie is going to recruit you to do some biking!!!!hahahahahahahha!!!!
