Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels

I joined Spark People Feb. 4, 2009! but didn't officially start until 2/1/2010! I am down 32 lbs. since Feb. 2009. My weight goal was reached on May 24, 2010. Sometimes I go down 2 more lbs. My weight is still at goal on December 22, 2014 (4 1/2 yrs. in maintenance). Calories in versus calories out is the trick. Exercise and track your food daily.

I've been maintaining since 2007, and it is great to read you comments. Although I enjoy reading about peoples' weight loss journey, maintaining your weight is different.
